IM.VA srl is an Italian manufacturer of industrial technical doors based in San Prospero in the province of Modena, a territory known for its mechanical, electrical and precision engineering industries. The company has been building technical closures for many decades and counts itself among the major Made in Italy producers in the sector, with three adjoining production facilities totalling 9,000 square metres under cover, automated plants and exclusive patents. Its range covers insulated sliding, folding and vertical folding industrial doors, hangar doors for exceptional dimensions and flexible high-speed doors, in motorised versions for small, medium and large openings.

Hangar doors

• NAVIONIX, a telescopic hangar door system of unlimited length with a functional and architectural design and simplified installation, built with new Made in Italy construction technologies to close very large passageways
• Wind load resistance of Class 4 as standard and up to Class 5 on request in compliance with EN 12424 and EN 12604, with higher classes calculated and certified on request
• Motorised dead-man control through lower drive wheels, and cladding in multiwall polycarbonate or fibreglass
• Insulated motorised hangar doors and closures that have been installed in European and non-European countries, with the company exhibiting at MRO Europe in Amsterdam

• SUPERTHERMIC insulated folding, sliding and vertical folding doors that adapt to many customisations, installation types and architectural styles, including the LIBER, LIBRUM, FOLDY and FLUX models and the ARCHIMEDE hinge innovation
• RAPIDLINE high-speed PVC rolling, fold-up pack and self-repairing doors designed for intensive use in any industrial sector, and VITRUM doors for premises that need more daylight
• Framed technical doors, a spare parts request procedure, downloadable catalogues and installations ranging from recycling and waste treatment centres to industry

Company

IM.VA designs doors of all sizes through continuous investment in research and development and technical and structural calculation, uses quality raw materials and trained personnel, and tests its motors and control systems thoroughly. It is a member of ACMI, the Italian closures and mechanisms association, where it has contributed to qualification standards and regulations, and it has taken part in international trade missions including Big 5 Global and Big 5 Construct Saudi.
