GFA is an aircraft parts and services company that began about a decade ago with four people and now operates from four locations on two continents. It supplies spares to airlines around the world, with a stated priority on aircraft safety and round the clock service.

• Parts supply for aircraft, engines and APUs, and for ground support units and tools

• Inventory consignment: the company says it works with more than 20 airlines, placing parts at their premises so that new or serviceable parts are available locally and are paid for as used

Quality

GFA says it follows ASA and FAA norms and is a member of the Aviation Suppliers Association. Its quality approach relies on documented procedures, trained personnel, internal audits and process controls, with traceability, conformity and configuration control for the parts it supplies.
