About Full Stop Technics

Full Stop Technics is a repair station for aircraft wheels, brakes and other aftermarket parts. It is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and serves airlines, brokers, MROs and OEMs around the world.

The company was incorporated in 2017. It earned both FAA and EASA Part 145 approval in 2018. It also holds FAA DER engineering authority. In 2026, AvAir bought the company. This joins parts distribution with hands-on repair. AOG support is open all day and every day through AvAir.

Wheel and brake work is the core. Nose wheel refurbishment covers the A320, 737 NG, 757, ATR 72 and MD-80. Main wheels are listed for the A320, A330, ATR 72, 737 NG, 757 and 767. Steel brakes support the 737 Classic and other older platforms. Carbon brakes cover the A320, A330, 737 MAX, 737 NG, 747 and 767.

Customers can pick from several programs. Flat-rate repairs use fixed prices on a published schedule. Time and material work charges for actual labor and parts, with a cap. Landing programs use a monthly fee tied to landing cycles. Exchange programs send out advance-exchange units fast while the company manages the core repair. Pool programs let the company manage and refill a dedicated inventory pool for the customer.

A flat-rate exchange program covers units for the A320 family, the 767-300 and the 737 NG. Engineering work includes DER work, life extension, component analysis, tear-down harvesting and modernization. The company also sources hard-to-find parts for older and current aircraft through its aftermarket network.

Every repair ships with both FAA and EASA certification. This gives customers one source for US and international fleet needs. The company uses Lean and Six Sigma methods to hold down cost. The company shows carriers such as Delta, United, American, Southwest, JetBlue, FedEx, UPS and DHL. It says its leaders have more than 40 years of combined experience in commercial aviation. Its stated values are to innovate, build integrity into every engagement, deliver what is promised, and put client relationships ahead of profit.
