Resource Group is a privately owned company that serves the recruitment and training needs of the aviation and aerospace sector. The website says its origins go back to 1976. Its Swiss parent is Resource International Group Investments, known as RIGI.

The group is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with offices in Basel, Madrid and Hamburg. In the UK it has sites in Worcestershire, at Humberside Airport and at Cotswold Airport.

The Training Solutions division is an EASA and UK CAA Part 147 approved training organisation. It offers modular training, apprenticeships, composites training, eLearning for technical and flight crew, and exam services.

The training division also runs managed services worldwide. These can include turnkey solutions, such as developing and delivering fully capable training academies.

The recruitment divisions place flight crew, engineers and managers. Consultants come from aerospace backgrounds covering the operation, maintenance and production of fixed wing and rotary aircraft.

Learning Design develops bespoke training for high risk and safety critical work in defence, government, aviation, civil and space. Learning Design's team includes subject matter experts, instructional designers and skilled project managers.
