AirlinePrep is a UK company that coaches pilots for airline and flight school selection. It offers interview and assessment training for aspiring, qualified and military pilots. Its team are current airline training captains, captains, first officers and HR specialists.

The company says it was created in 2010 and is run by two UK based airline pilots. The team has grown and includes people who have flown for Air Southwest, Excel Airways, First Choice Airways, TUI Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Thomas Cook, Qatar Airways and the Royal Air Force. They have flown most Boeing and Airbus types. They trained through integrated, modular, airline sponsored and military routes, and some have also worked as airline recruiters.

Courses include the Flight School Assessment Course and the Airline Pilot Assessment Course. These cover group exercises, one to one interviews, reasoning tests, pilot competencies and training seminars. The company also runs a half day Interview Training course, an online version with video feedback, a CV and cover letter service, and simulator assessment preparation. It also has an app for practice.

The site says clients have prepared for assessments with airlines such as British Airways, easyJet, TUI, Ryanair, Jet2, Wizz Air, Emirates, Etihad and Qatar Airways. For aspiring pilots it lists FTE Jerez, CAE, Skyborne, Aer Lingus and the British Airways Speedbird Academy. Military pilots get help with the move to airline flying.
