ERA a.s.

ERA a.s. is a Czech company in Pardubice that develops, manufactures and installs surveillance systems for air traffic control and for military use. It specialises in multilateration, multistatic surveillance and passive reconnaissance technology. ERA has been part of the OMNIPOL group since 2011, and its site says it made air traffic control history by deploying the first multilateration system.

Air traffic management products

ERA says it has delivered more than 160 installations in over 70 countries on five continents over about three decades, and that its systems have logged more than 800 million operating hours. One case study on its site is a multistatic system covering helicopter traffic to North Sea oil platforms for the Dutch air navigation service provider LVNL.
