ECRIN Systems designs and manufactures rugged computers, embedded servers and industrial IT systems for extreme environments. Based at 143 rue Louis Neel in the Pre Roux technology park in Crolles, near Grenoble, France, the company has 50 years of experience in embedded electronics and industrial computing and serves the industry, defence, naval and aerospace sectors on the French and European markets.

Three activities

ECRIN Systems has built its business on three activities: Computer-on-Demand engineering and ODM development to customer specifications; the design and manufacture of its own ready-to-use products; and the marketing of COTS modules with systems integration. It adds procurement, industrialisation and integration, technical support and after-sales service, and works with partner suppliers to broaden its offer. The company presents this combination as a distinctive position in the embedded computing field, backed by a quality system it describes as part of its DNA.

Customer support

A structured sales organisation gives each customer dedicated commercial contacts for the life of a project, with separate sales, engineering and administrative departments reachable through the website, and technical support for products in service.
