Ecoclean

Ecoclean is part of the SBS Ecoclean Group, which develops, produces and markets machinery, systems and services for industrial parts cleaning and degreasing, ultrasonic precision parts cleaning, high-pressure water jet deburring and surface preparation. The group unites the Ecoclean and UCM brands, employs around 900 people in nine countries and operates 11 sites worldwide, with competence centres in Monschau and Filderstadt in Germany and Rheineck in Switzerland providing research, development and innovation support. Its North American company, Ecoclean Inc., is based at 26801 Northwestern Highway in Southfield, Michigan, and serves customers in aerospace, medical technology, the automotive industry and its suppliers, high-tech, semiconductor and high-vacuum industries.

Aerospace cleaning

Systems and services

• Aqueous and solvent chamber cleaning systems, vacuum-tight chamber machines, flexible robot cells and special systems adapted to specific processes
• UCM ultrasonic multi-stage immersion systems for precision components in high-tech, high-purity, medical, optical and watch industries, and high-purity cleaning of ultra-high-vacuum components
• High-pressure water jet deburring, and worldwide test centres where customers run cleaning trials on their own parts under production-like conditions
• Service for all industrial cleaning installations, including spare parts, inspection, maintenance, modification and consulting on energy efficiency, resource optimisation and CO2 reduction, plus the Ecoclean Academy's seminars and training
• Development and production of alkaline electrolysis systems for green hydrogen, offered to industry, mobility and communities as a system integrator
