About Colorado Springs Airport
Colorado Springs Airport, branded FlyCOS, is the commercial airport serving Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is run as a department of the City of Colorado Springs.
Five airlines serve the airport: Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines and United Airlines. Travelers can look up flight status, see where the airport flies nonstop and check security information on the airport pages. The airport also lists food and retail outlets and a lounge.
The airport says its goal is to give the public the best travel experience possible, with easy check-in, simple parking and a short drive home. It runs a parking program and offers a holiday parking promotion over Thanksgiving and in late December. Rental car companies at the airport include Alamo, National, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and Dollar. Taxis and shuttles wait outside the terminal on the first floor, and ground transportation companies serve the airport around the clock. A ground transportation phone sits in the baggage claim area.
Passenger services are spread across the terminal. All parking lots, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, shops and the security screening area are set up for travelers with disabilities. There are two ATMs, one at baggage claim and one on the concourse between gates 5 and 7. Defibrillators are in busy areas, and many staff are trained to use them. Two family care rooms are on the main concourse, with baby changing stations, a sink, a diaper vending machine and an adult changing station. A FedEx drop box stands outside the lower level entrance. Wheelchair and skycap help is available.
A Global Entry enrollment center of US Customs and Border Protection is on airport grounds. Only applicants who have been conditionally approved can book an interview there.
In October 2026 the airport was ranked number eight in the USA TODAY 10Best Readers' Choice Awards. It also received a federal grant for new transponder technology to improve safety. The airport publishes monthly updates on its work.
