Çelebi Aviation is a global aviation service provider that was founded in 1958. It offers ground handling, cargo handling and warehouse management. The company has more than 65 years of experience. It operates at more than 60 airports in five countries and on three continents. About 9,000 employees work for the group, and it serves about 400 airline customers.

The company runs four service lines. Ground handling covers aircraft and passengers, including ramp handling and passenger services. Cargo and warehouse services focus on safe handling, efficient storage and timely operations. General aviation services cover private, emergency, military, governmental and non scheduled flights. Platinum services are aimed at passengers and include lounges, meet and greet and fast track.

The business began in Türkiye. Çelebi Ground Handling was founded in 1958 with one ladder and five workers. This marked the start of Türkiye's first private ground handling company. It was listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange in 1996. In 2013 it formed a partnership with ACTERA.

Çelebi Aviation Hungary was established in Budapest in 2006 as the group's first international expansion. The company opened its first Platinum Lounges at Budapest Airport in 2015. In Germany, Çelebi Cargo GmbH was formed in Frankfurt in 2011 to strengthen its position in the European cargo industry. In 2024 the group entered Indonesia by acquiring Prathita Titiannusantara. It opened a cargo terminal at Kualanamu Airport in 2025 and launched ground handling in Bali and Jakarta in 2026. Kenya joined in 2025 through the acquisition of Transglobal Cargo Centre.

Çelebi Platinum lounges are open at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, Çukurova International Airport and Diyarbakır Airport. The lounges offer refreshments, quiet working areas, free Wi-Fi, snacks and live flight information screens. Meet and greet staff help guests with check in, security clearance and passport control. The fast track service gives priority access at security and control points. These services are open to private jet travelers and to Business and Economy class passengers.

Çelebi Aviation lists ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates, along with ISAGO and CEIV Pharma marks. It is also a member of IATA, TIACA, ASA World and UTIKAD. The company says all its operations follow international aviation safety and quality standards, and it invests in training programs for its team. Its network covers Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Kenya and Türkiye.
