AAACESA Almacenes Fiscalizados

AAACESA, also called Grupo AAACESA, runs bonded warehouses for air cargo in Mexico. It stores, handles and guards foreign trade goods. The group has more than 30 years of experience. Its website is in Spanish and English.

The main warehouse sits at the customs area of Mexico City International Airport, known as AICM. The group says it holds a strong place there. It is also present at the cargo terminal of Felipe Angeles International Airport, known as AIFA. Two outside warehouses near AICM offer distribution centre work, cross dock, goods conditioning and general storage.

For imports, the warehouses have special areas to receive cargo. These include a sterile zone with flight build-up areas and yards for moving freight. Separate areas inside the warehouses build ULDs. The group also acts for airlines before local authorities, with cargo handling management and ground handling support.

For exports, there is a sterile zone and flight build-up areas for export air cargo. Security tools include ETD trace machines, X-ray for export goods, value cages and guards on the floor.

Cold chain is a key service. The group has handled pharmaceutical products for more than 30 years. Inside the customs area it has nine cold rooms at different temperatures. Six of them are only for pharmaceutical goods.

The company lists more than 29,000 square metres of storage space, more than 15,500 storage positions and more than 26,000 square metres for flight build-up and receiving.

The company lists several approvals. It holds CEIV Pharma status for pharmaceutical cargo. It is a regulated agent from a third country, which allows it to export goods for flights to Europe. It is an Authorised Economic Operator and a secure cargo operator for flights to North, Central and South America. It also runs a quality management system built on process and risk analysis.
