Butzbach

Butzbach GmbH Industrietore is a German door manufacturer based at Weiherstrasse 16 in Kellmünz, Bavaria, making hangar doors, sectional doors, lifting doors and high-speed doors in Germany. Managed by Thilo Butzbach and Werner Spengler, the company covers planning, construction, manufacturing, installation and lifelong service with its own service and installation staff, and it has long-standing partners abroad, including one in Japan for more than 35 years. The firm's products are used in aircraft hangars, airports, logistics, industry, car dealerships and fire stations.

Hangar doors

• Sliding doors with freely movable leaves that run individually on rails, so a hangar can be opened exactly where needed, telescopic sliding doors whose coupled leaves open and close at the push of a button, and round-running doors that guide each leaf along the hangar side wall, inside or outside, for tight spaces and round halls
• Translucent fibreglass infill produced in-house, chosen for light transmission, durability, thermal insulation and stability, including fin doors built as lifting doors to reduce the main door height and cost
• Electric geared drives with chain connection for heavy leaves, closing edge protection for personal safety, a pendulum brake that limits the speed of manually moved leaves, drainage and cleaning systems for the lower rails with optional rail heating, and allowances for roof truss movement
• Advice from the start on door size and position, opening principle, drive type and infill material, with more than 850 hangar door references worldwide and worldwide after-sales service direct from the manufacturer

Industrial doors and service

• The SPACELITE lifting door with space-saving stacked lifting technology and translucent fibreglass, including the HTvision version with real glass elements, and the Novosprint high-speed door with a sideways opening designed for busy forklift traffic
• A maintenance and repair service reachable around the clock from Monday to Saturday, with more than 50 locations across Germany, response times of 24 to 48 hours, long-term spare parts supply and UVV safety inspections, plus certified distribution partners for service abroad
• Explanatory videos for door operation and a central support centre staffed by qualified technicians
