BNP Associates

BNP Associates is a consulting firm for the air transportation and supply chain industries. It designs and plans baggage handling systems, apron systems, cargo facilities and supply chain networks. It says it has worked in this field since 1971.

The firm reports more than 55 years of experience, work in over 50 countries and more than 4,000 completed projects. It has over 220 experts. Jobs range from small upgrades of manual systems to some of the largest automated material handling systems.

Its solutions page lists five areas. Baggage handling covers planning, design and implementation for airports. Apron systems cover everything outside the terminal, such as aircraft parking design, passenger boarding bridges, pre conditioned air, 400 Hz ground power, visual docking guidance and potable water cabinets. Cargo solutions include master planning, facility design, cargo system design and project management. Supply chain work covers strategy, freight optimisation, third party logistics selection, site planning and distribution centre design. Simulation experts model anything from simple queues to very large material handling systems.

On apron projects the firm also offers construction administration, design alternatives, program and project management, and specifications. It works with airports, architects, engineering teams and airlines.

BNP serves large international airports, medium sized airports and small regional airports, as well as cargo operators and supply chain clients. The site names Hong Kong, Doha, Auckland and Los Angeles among its past project cities. Its menu also leads to pages on its team, the BNP Group, news, projects and careers, and it has a contact form.
