About Beta Technologies
BETA Technologies is an aerospace company. The company says it is a manufacturer of electric VTOL and CTOL aircraft, along with training and charging networks. Its products include the ALIA VTOL and ALIA CTOL aircraft.
ALIA VTOL is an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. ALIA CTOL is an all-electric conventional takeoff and landing aircraft. The site lists a demonstrated range of 336 nautical miles, 200 cubic feet of cargo capacity and a charge time under one hour. It lists five passengers plus a pilot and all weather IFR flight.
The site says the MV250 is an autonomous hybrid electric VTOL aircraft for military logistics. It was unveiled on July 20, 2026. A press item says the FAA has cleared the ALIA A250 for customer demonstration flights.
The company sells BETA Charge Cubes, Mini Cubes and Thermal Management System Cubes. The site says more than 50 million people live within 50 miles of a Charge Cube. The company is part of a consortium with Archer Aviation and Macquarie Capital, called ACES, which plans interoperable charging at more than 250 aviation sites by 2030.
The site says BETA's technologies are built in a 188,000 square foot, net-zero manufacturing and production space. It says the company has more than 800 aircraft in its backlog. It is funded by military contracts, firm deposits, charging sales, federal financing from the Export-Import Bank of the United States and equity investment.
The site says the company has qualified more than 30 company pilots in ALIA. It says it has trained pilots and maintainers from the US Air Force, US Army, UPS, Bristow and Air New Zealand. The site lists four successful US Department of Defense engagements.
The site has contact choices for aircraft, charge, battery and flight control computer inquiries. It lists a summer 2027 internship application and careers pages. Social links include Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube. No phone number or street address is shown.
