B&H Worldwide is a logistics company that works only in the aviation and aerospace market. It moves time critical parts for airlines, maintenance firms, spare parts stockists and other companies in the sector. Warehousing and inventory management is another service. Forward stocking locations put parts close to customers, and delivery can often be the same or next day. Facilities handle receipting, storage, picking, dispatch, cycle counting and reporting. More complex work includes part screening, condition checks, electrostatic packing, climate controlled storage and hazardous materials handling.

The company's own FirstTRAC platform tracks every AOG shipment in real time, 24/7. Customers can follow each shipment by part number, serial number, tail number or heavy maintenance event. The company works at customer order level rather than by air waybill number.

B&H Worldwide is LRQA certified. Its global operating procedures meet the AS 9120 and ISO 9001 standards. Its customers include airlines, MROs, inventory managers, leasing companies, defence organisations, private aviation operators, helicopter operators and manufacturers.
