ASES Aviation

ASES Aviation Services and Support Inc. is a Turkish aerospace services, materials supply and consulting company established in 1996 under the laws of Turkiye. Its marketing headquarters is in Istanbul and its composite kitting and storage facility, with quality control and accredited laboratories, is in Ankara, directly across from the Turkish Aerospace Industries campus. ASES is the official distributor of Hexcel Composites in Turkiye and represents other OEMs in its territory, including Safran Seats, cabin and galley electrical equipment and Collins Aerospace, supplying goods and services to airlines based in the country. Some members of the organisation have more than 30 years of experience in aviation and industrial marketing in Turkiye and abroad.

Composite materials and testing

• Hexcel fabric, prepreg, adhesives and resin available cut to size around the clock, and Nomex honeycomb cores from 1.5 mm thickness, sliced on the company's own core slicer and cutter
• An accredited laboratory with 10 kN and 250 kN mechanical test machines and a sample preparation cutting machine, NADCAP accredited for non-metallic materials testing
• The Ankara facility, built in 2022 on a site of around 20,000 square metres with 7,500 square metres of buildings, housing distribution, kitting, storage and testing

Services

• Aviation services and support including aircraft MRO and engineering
• Marketing and industrial consulting, with the expertise to set up complex transactions involving co-production, offset, counter-trade and licensing
• A quality management system certified and audited by Bureau Veritas, compliance with international aerospace standards, published quality requirements for external providers and an anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy

Vision

ASES states its vision as offering quick responses and services, reliability and quality to the global aviation industry, and its mission as maximising customer satisfaction through supply and testing services and continuous improvement of its processes. It aims to be a preferred, competitive provider of composite materials supporting OEMs, MROs and composite manufacturers, with quality objectives focused on on-time delivery, material conformity, reliability and customer satisfaction.
