ARESIA is a French industrial group in the civil and defence aeronautical sector. The company calls itself a key partner of large companies and state agencies. Its mission is to design, manufacture and maintain equipment for civil and defence aeronautics.

The company has expertise dating back one hundred years. It is a benchmark operator for carriage and release systems and for training solutions for the armed forces. Its defence range includes carriage and release equipment for aircraft, equipment for helicopters, air mission systems, embedded electronics, firing training systems with real time feedback, radar reflectors, ground equipment and external fuel tanks. The company says its equipment is used in over 65 countries. It is fitted to more than 100 types of aircraft. These include the Rafale, Mirage 2000, Gripen, Eurofighter, Super Tucano, H160, H145, NH90, Black Hawk, A350, A330 and A400M.

ARESIA works with large contractors and state bodies. Its main contractors include Airbus, Dassault Aviation, BAE, Airbus Atlantic and Thales. It also works with the French Defence Ministry, the French Air and Space Force, the French Navy, the French Army, the US Navy, the US Army and the Indian Ministry of Defence.

The company offers after sales support and maintenance in operational condition (MCO). Its services are compliant with the MIL-STD-8591 specification, and it provides a 24/7 AOG response. Services include repair, overhaul and modernization, spare parts, on site support, training, technical manuals, and obsolescence management. Its test services include ground and in-flight tests, an anechoic chamber for radar measurements, and climatic chamber tests.
