About AirsideHub

AirsideHub builds software for aviation engineering and operations, with an office on the Sunshine Coast. It makes purpose-built applications for engineering, procurement and operational work. It works with aviation organisations across several locations.

The company offers two platforms and a custom service. ETR handles engineering requests. It gives structured requests, actions, approvals, accountability and traceability. The company says it speeds up approvals and gives full visibility from request to delivery, with real-time tracking and supplier links. OOS shows operational demand across Engineering, Stores, Procurement and supply.

AirsideHub AI is built into ETR. It answers plain-language questions about engineering requests and the tool crib, using records that teams already keep. One example question asks for all requests that relate to a special flight permit on any A320 in the past year.

The custom side covers tooling, inventory, work orders, portals, data, APIs and other purpose-built workflows. The company says it builds these when aviation does not fit off-the-shelf software. It helps customers work out whether ETR, OOS or a custom solution fits best.

AirsideHub can sit beside a customer's MRO, MIS, ERP and Microsoft systems. It extends workflows and connects information without forcing a full system replacement. The products can run on their own or link in, so that customers avoid adding another silo.

The company describes how it works in four steps. It first listens to learn the customer's challenges, workflows and goals. It then maps a solution with clear processes and interfaces. It builds with quality, security and scalability, and moves quickly. Finally, it joins the solution to existing systems and supports a low-risk rollout. It says it designs with security in mind to protect data, users and operations.

Aviation professionals designed the software. The company says it understands aviation operations, compliance needs and the language of the industry. Its practical approach aims for results that can be measured.
