About Aircraft Environment Solutions

Aircraft Environment Solutions, which trades as AeroParts, repairs aircraft components and makes sheet metal parts from Rio Rancho, New Mexico. It says it has been in aircraft component repair for more than 50 years. The company employs over 100 people, including highly trained aviation repair technicians and specialized tradespeople.

AeroParts operates a 128,000 square foot facility. Its repair work covers metal and composite parts such as ducts, plenums, mufflers and water extractors. It also repairs high cost parts within fuel tank inerting systems and aircraft ozone converters.

AeroParts offers two proprietary ozone converter processes. AeroCLEAN is a safe and gentle process that restores minimum performance. AeroCOAT is a lower cost alternative to recoring. It has turnaround as fast as AeroCLEAN and restores the unit to like new efficiency and capacity.

Its nitrogen generation system work covers fuel tank inerting components. AeroParts repairs air separation modules, NitroPURE ASM units, NEADS check valves and O2 sensors. It also works on NitroCLEAN and offers an Ozone VOC upgrade. The company repairs 777 diffusers as well.

The manufacturing division is a build to print maker of complex sheet metal components, with drop hammer metal forming. Its in house foundry, heat treatment and welding are NADCAP and AS9100 accredited. Short run formed sheet metal and custom ductwork are a core part of its output.

AeroParts serves major airlines and aircraft operators. Customers listed on its website include Aeromexico, Air France, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Delta, Lufthansa, Southwest, United and UPS, along with Boeing. The company also names Asiana, British Airways, China Airlines and Singapore Airlines among its customers.

AeroParts maintains repair station certifications from the FAA, EASA and CAAC. The company says it restores components to OEM and better than OEM performance, often at a fraction of the cost of new parts. A 24 hour hotline is available for urgent requests, and its capabilities list can be downloaded from the website. Its manufacturing division also makes three dimensional sheet metal aircraft parts.
