AirBadge

AirBadge is a cloud-based identity management system for airport badge offices. It is built for airports in the United States. The software automates badge applications, renewals, audits, training and appointment scheduling. The company says more than 50 U.S. airports use it, and that it is made for airports of all sizes.

The platform is built for airports covered by TSA 1542 and Part 139. The company says its modules are designed to help airports meet security rules. Maintenance, software updates and IT costs are included. The company says airports can schedule their installation and go live within weeks.

Three groups use the software. Badge holders and applicants apply for new badges, renew them and update their details, with step-by-step guides. Authorized signatories invite new hires to apply, approve or stop renewals, and manage badges. Airport staff get tools that automate tasks and support security and compliance.

The feature list includes a paperless badge office, a self-service portal, appointment scheduling, kiosk mode, secure messaging and SMS, signatory and company management, and badge audits. The company says the aim is to remove manual data entry.

AirBadge connects to fingerprint, TSC, PACS and training systems. The training integrations named on the site include Digicast, AirTera and IET Learning Suite. The software works on Android, iOS and wearables. Its infrastructure is fully managed in the cloud, with two factor authentication, 24/7 physical security at data centers and high availability options.

The company says it has received LenelS2 factory certification and joined the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program. Its software also sends ID document images with Security Threat Assessment submissions. A case study on Boise Airport describes a move from a paper-based badge application process. The company will show its software at Booth 1137 at the ACI-NA Annual Conference and Exhibition in Philadelphia, September 14 to 17, 2026.
