AIMS INTL DWC-LLC develops and supports the AIMS airline software package for crew management, operations control and commercial planning. Working on AIMS exclusively since 1983, the company has its headquarters in Dubai Aviation City, UAE, with sales, training, development and support centres in Miami, USA, and Athens, Greece. Its customers include passenger, cargo, charter and business jet airlines as well as helicopter operators.

• Operations Control: aircraft scheduling around maintenance, management of delays, cancellations and diversions, disruption recovery optimisers and MVT, LDM and ACARS message processing over SITA and ARINC
• Commercial Planning: schedule building and scenario comparison, airport slot management and IATA SSIM, ASM and SSM messaging
• Business aviation: flight quotations and sales for charter and business jet operators

Deployment

AIMS can run in house or as software as a service on the AIMS Cloud, hosted on Amazon AWS in Frankfurt, Germany.

Customers

The company says about 200 airlines use AIMS. Recent customers named on the site include Virgin Atlantic, HK Express, Avianca, FlySafair and Lion Air.
