The Airport Customer Experience Symposium is a joint event of Airports Council International North America (ACI-NA) and the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). It gathers airport customer experience and volunteer or ambassador program managers to share best practices on customer experience, employee experience and volunteer programs.
The 2027 symposium takes place from 9 to 11 March 2027 in Asheville, North Carolina, with the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel as host hotel.
