Yonder Smart Documentation
Swiss smart documentation software for airlines and airports
About Yonder Smart Documentation
Yonder AG is a Swiss software company in Zurich that makes smart documentation software. Its product is an organisational content management system built around dynamic content instead of static documents. It is designed for organisations where getting information wrong is not an option.
Yonder replaces scattered files, static PDFs and manual compliance tracking with one system. It serves four groups: aviation, airports, critical infrastructure and first responders. In aviation, it supports airlines, private jet operators, cargo carriers and helicopter operators. It helps with OEM manual revisions and regulatory compliance tracking, and it gives each person content that fits their role.
For airports, Yonder manages aerodrome manuals, which are central to airport certification and safety. It starts revisions automatically when regulations change. It also gives operations, security, ground handling and maintenance teams access to the procedures that apply to them. Critical infrastructure operators in energy and air traffic navigation use it for operating manuals and emergency procedures. Fire departments, police forces, EMS teams and disaster response units use it for emergency protocols and standard procedures.
The platform has two parts. A role-based app runs on iPad, iPhone, Android and Windows, online and offline. A web-based library lets document managers and authors manage content in any browser. End users find what they need quickly and see what changed and why in a before-and-after view. They can start a change request that follows an approval workflow.
A patented link engine connects documents to the regulations and policies behind them. When a rule changes, Yonder creates a change request on the affected document and sends it into the approval workflow. A Regulations Library keeps regulatory content up to date for subscribers. Compliance teams get a full audit trail that shows who wrote, approved and confirmed each document.
Getting started has three steps. Users import Word files and aircraft manufacturer XML from Airbus, Boeing, ATR and Embraer. They add role filters and links to regulations. Then every change runs through a traceable flow of request, review, approval and publication. Yonder offers demo access, webinars, case studies, a knowledge base and a personal customer care team for onboarding and daily support.
