COMO works in three steps: detect, diagnose and recommend. It looks at route, channel and demand data and spots drift in revenue quality. It then names the likely drivers and ranks actions for review. The company says a person must approve an action before it is carried out. COMO works from combined commercial data that airline systems already produce, so no passenger-level data is needed.
