VistaJet is a global business aviation company founded in 2004 by Thomas Flohr, who is still its chairman. It is part of Vista Global and is headquartered at Malta International Airport. Instead of selling aircraft or shares, VistaJet sells guaranteed access to its fleet at a fixed hourly rate, so members avoid depreciation and capital risk. VistaJet Limited holds Maltese Air Operator Certificate MT-17.
