About Tokyo Aircraft Instrument

Tokyo Aircraft Instrument Co., Ltd., also called TKK or Tokyo Koku Keiki, makes aircraft instruments and related equipment in Machida, Tokyo, Japan. It serves defense, commercial aviation and industrial markets.

TKK dates back to 1937, so it has more than 80 years of experience. The company follows the Japanese idea of monozukuri, a careful approach to making things. It says that many of its products are used in the air or even in space, yet it stays a down-to-earth maker of safe and reliable products.

Its core technologies appear in a wide range of products. These include aircraft instruments, measurement devices for industrial and medical fields, equipment for making and inspecting semiconductors, and drones. The company lists aerospace products and semiconductor production equipment as main product groups. It also lists GNAS as a product line with its own website.

TKK also runs a Ground Flight Training Center. The center provides ground flight training with Flight Training Devices, which are flight simulators. The company lists an overview of the center and the types of training available.

The company takes part in trade shows. It announced that it would exhibit at SEMICON Taiwan in Taipei, to show products for the semiconductor and electronic device industries and to meet customers across Asia. TKK marks its founding anniversary on November 1.
