Skyzen

Online airworthiness, maintenance and stock software for general aviation

Skyzen

About Skyzen

Skyzen is a web-based, collaborative aviation maintenance software for general aviation and helicopter operators. Developed in France, it brings airworthiness tracking, maintenance management and stock control into one shared application so that owners, CAMOs and maintenance organisations work from the same data. The company says users save time and money through an intuitive interface and high availability, and the software is fully online with no installation.

What it does

  • Airworthiness management: once an aircraft is entered, the due list is managed automatically; operators add flight hours, see in real time the hours and limits left on each aircraft and choose which operations to include in the next inspection
  • Maintenance management: mechanics record and check completed operations in Skyzen while working on the aircraft, so the inspection report is ready to send when the work is finished; inspections are traced and digitised
  • Fleet overview: all aircraft information in one place with a real-time view of fleet limits, plus maintenance cost per flight hour
  • Inventory: stock management integrated with maintenance, procurement and sales to improve traceability and reduce costs
  • Part-M and Part-ML CAMO management, Part-145 maintenance operations, electronic task cards, warehouse management and service financials

Users

Skyzen is used by flying clubs, helicopter operators and maintenance organisations; logos on the site include Heli Air Monaco, Aeroclub Firenze and Ascendance. One customer testimonial describes a CAMO overseeing more than 50 aircraft and a maintenance organisation servicing over 100 aircraft a year on the platform. Data exchange between owner, CAMO and MRO is designed to improve efficiency and traceability. Demos are available on request and the team replies to enquiries within 48 hours.
