Sinex Solutions

Sinex Solutions makes maintenance management software. It is based in Superior, Wisconsin, in the United States. The company says it was founded in 2004 to help firms improve productivity and safety through maintenance processes. Its slogan reads Maintenance. Software. Solutions., and it says the tools were made by mechanics for mechanics.

The software serves several fields: marine, aviation, rail and trucking. Aviation is one of four main areas, so the company is only loosely tied to aviation. For aviation users the site lists tracking of aircraft times, electronic logbooks, and management of inventory, manuals and configuration. It also lists reliability tracking. Other tools cover defect tracking and regulatory compliance. The site says the data is available around the clock from anywhere.

For marine customers the program covers regulations such as Sub-chapter M, ISM and others. For rail it handles electronic forms and checklists. A separate operations tool covers vessel events, contracts, invoicing and movement orders.

The company also sells services. It does consulting for maintenance programs, manuals and reliability work. It gives support and training, and says web training is offered at no charge to customers. A data entry service adds historical data, manuals and drawings for a customer. The company says its software runs at more than 150 companies.

There is also a vendor program. Parts and service vendors can register with keywords. Their company details then show up when a customer writes up a defect, asks for a quote or creates a purchase order. The company describes this as a low cost way to advertise at the point of sale.

The office is at 1415 N 46th St, Superior, WI 54880. The phone is 218.722.1076. The site has a contact form.
