Selha Group is a French industrial group that develops and manufactures electronic products for aerospace, space and NewSpace, defence, telecommunications, energy, medical and industrial customers. With 1,100 employees across five industrial sites in France and Morocco, it covers the full value chain from design and industrialisation to manufacturing and system integration, and positions itself as a partner for electronics where reliability is critical. The group also offers advanced connectivity products and runs an industrial accelerator for start-up projects.

• Eu, Normandy: centre of excellence for high-tech electronic engineering and manufacturing, with an engineering office, optical room, analysis laboratory and mechanical workshop, serving defence, telecommunications, energy and medical programmes; 17,000 square metres, certified ISO 9001, EN 9100 and ISO 13485
• Cosse-le-Vivien, Mayenne: wiring assemblies, cables, harnesses and integrated sub-assemblies for aerospace, defence, energy and medical use, with more than 40 years of experience, home of the Tech-up Academy training centre; certified ISO 9001 and Qualiopi
• Renaze: printed circuit board assembly and manufacturing, certified ISO 9001, EN 9100 and Nadcap
• Valence, Drome: joined the group in May 2025, specialising in full integration of complex electronic products from PCB to finished system; 8,400 square metres, certified ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Casablanca, Morocco: since 2022, serial manufacturing, integration and testing of electronic boards and sub-assemblies for civil aerospace, telecommunications, medical and industrial customers; 6,000 square metres

Responsibility

Selha Group states commitments to cutting greenhouse gas emissions and using resources sustainably, providing a safe working environment, embedding corporate social responsibility in its practices and supply chain, and supporting local jobs and skills transmission. It trains talent through the Tech-up Academy and supports start-ups through its Tech-up Corner accelerator.
