PnrGo

PnrGo is a software company that automates passenger and crew data transfer for aviation. It is based in Warsaw, Poland. It serves business aviation, charter airlines and trip support companies. Its system helps them meet global rules on API and PNR data, eu-LISA queries, UK UPT, TSA Secure Flight and international sanctions.

PnrGo started as the first company worldwide to deliver PNR data for charter operators. It later added API data, EES and ETIAS queries, UK UPT, TSA Secure Flight, sanctions screening and PNL distribution. Since 2018, more than 300 air operators have used it to handle passenger and crew data reporting. Its stated mission is to offer an affordable service to everyone.

The service is set up in a few steps. A customer contacts PnrGo and opens an account. The customer then connects a flight database or manages the flight schedule by hand. The system watches the schedule and starts message processing when needed. It checks each message to make sure it is complete and correct. Then it sends the messages directly to the local agencies. All of this happens in the background of normal operations.

PnrGo offers certified automation for eu-LISA queries covering EES, ETIAS and VIS. The company says this helps carriers avoid penalties and disruption in 2026. TSA Secure Flight and sanctions screening are separate services for operators that need them.

The company is connected to most EU countries. It also offers connections across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas, to more than 70 countries in total. The list keeps growing. If an operator flies to a country outside this range, PnrGo can build a new connection based on demand. The full country list is available on request.

PnrGo checks customer data and warns of any problems. It helps customers during registration and offers training sessions and compliance tests. Customers can connect in different ways, from XLS files to system to system links. Fees are flexible, and the company is open to a custom offer.
