Paragon Manufacturing

Paragon Mfg., Inc. is a precision machining company that has made machined parts since 1989, including components for the aerospace industry. It operates from a 20,000 square foot facility close to Interstates 90 and 91 in the north-eastern United States, which the company says makes it convenient and accessible for customers. Paragon is a woman-owned, family-led and family-operated shop run by Karen and Steven Beals, who have put their savings into the business and reinvest profits rather than taking short-term gains, an approach they contrast with private-equity-owned manufacturers.
