Optec Express Inc. is a logistics company in Tokyo, Japan that specializes in emergency transport. It moves urgent cargo by air and by hand carry to cities around the world.

The company holds licenses and approvals as an IATA-accredited cargo agent and a Regulated Air Cargo Agent, and it runs a customs clearance business. Its staff hold IATA dangerous goods training, customs broker qualifications, trading business certificates and intellectual property management skills.

Its head office is in Tokyo, with an office near Narita Airport. It also has offices in Yantai in China and Hanoi in Vietnam. Customer service teams work around the clock in Japan and China.
