NSL Aerospace

NSL Aerospace is based in Magnolia, Texas, on the outskirts of Houston. It has repackaged, distributed and sourced aircraft sealants and adhesives for the aerospace industry since 1989. The company says its founder gave it one mission, service first. It works with small maintenance shops, large corporations, MROs, airlines, OEMs and chemical management companies, in the military, private and public sectors.

• Aerospace sealants and adhesives, with an online catalog of about 126 items that can be sorted by manufacturer, application, attributes, PMA replacements and specification
• Fuel tank, firewall, electrical, windshield, access door and fuselage sealants, plus primers, silicones and epoxy
• NSL PMA Sealants, an FAA approved line launched in 2008 as replacements for PRC and PPG sealants, and PMA acetoxy RTV silicones as alternatives to GE and Dow Corning silicones
• Application tools such as sealant guns and desealing toolkits
• Hard to source aircraft replacement parts and materials through its procurement team

Distribution

NSL is an official distributor for three sealant manufacturers: Royal Adhesives and Sealants, part of H.B. Fuller, Dapco, made by Cytec, and Flamemaster Corporation. It also supports international customers with logistics, regulations and export documentation.

• Custom packaging, including 2.5 oz and 6 oz semkits, pints, quarts, gallons, side by side cartridges, pre-mixed and frozen items, custom semkit fills and 33 gram containers
