NExT MRO

NExT MRO is an aircraft component repair and overhaul shop in Miami, Florida. The site says it can service over 5,000 components. It works from an 80,000 square foot facility with landing gear and actuation shops, non destructive testing, machining, warehousing and shipping.

The company lists six main capabilities. These are landing gear, APU service, hydraulics, pneumatic components, accessories, and NDT and inspection. Landing gear work covers Airbus A330, A340 and A320 families, Boeing 737 classic, 737NG, 767 and 777, and military types such as the F-15, F-16, C-130 and KC-135.

APU work covers the GTCP85, GTCP131A and B, GTCP36-280 and GTCP331 series, the APS3200 and APS1000, and APUs for the C-130 and Black Hawk. Hydraulics work covers landing gear and thrust reverser actuators, pumps, valves, accumulators and power control units. Pneumatics work covers control, check and shut off valves, starters, air cycle machines and pneumatic drive units. Accessories include actuators, motors, fans and light assemblies.

NExT MRO says it is a Part 145 FAA and EASA repair station and holds an FAA open class license. It is rated for accessories class I, II and III. The inspection shop does magnetic particle and fluorescent penetrant checks, x-ray, eddy current and ultrasonic work, using Level III staff. The site says it keeps components ready for loans, leases and exchanges, and offers a five year warranty on landing gear overhauls.
