momondo

momondo is a travel search site based in Copenhagen, Denmark. It compares flights, hotels, car rentals and package holidays from many providers. The company says it was founded in 2006 and is managed by KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings Inc.

How it works

• Shows an overview of available travel options and the latest prices
• Sends the user to the chosen provider's site, where the booking is completed
• States that it is not a travel agency and does not sell tickets, so booking questions go to the airline or agency
• Says it never uses cookies to inflate prices

Markets

The company says it serves travellers across more than 30 international markets. Its site shows different regional versions depending on where the visitor is.
