Alternative Airlines

Alternative Airlines is an online flight search and booking site. It is based in England. The site says it sells tickets on more than 600 airlines. These range from major carriers to small regional airlines that fly to remote places. It also offers car rental.

The company's main feature is flexible payment. It lists more than 40 ways to pay. Customers can use major cards, e-wallets such as PayPal, or cryptocurrency. They can also use pay-later services. The site names Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, Tamara and Atome as partners.

Pay-later plans let travelers split the cost into weekly or monthly parts. They can also pay a small deposit now and the rest before departure. The site says most options do not need a hard credit check. It adds that many carry no interest when paid on time.

After booking, customers get a confirmation email within minutes. It holds the booking reference, flight details and e-ticket numbers. The Manage My Booking portal lets them add seats and bags, download e-tickets and invoices, view itineraries and ask about refunds on refundable tickets.

The customer service team works seven days a week by phone, email and WhatsApp. The company says it aims to settle any issue within 24 hours. At checkout, travelers can add extra protection that covers cancellations and baggage problems.

The site also has a multi stop search and a fare finder. It offers student and graduate offers and pages for travel agents. Travelers can also search for car rental and pay for it later. Popular destination pages cover France, the United States, Japan, Indonesia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Australia and South Africa.

The home page says the site is loved by millions of travelers and shows reviews verified by Trustpilot. The company is incorporated in England. The website has pages on company information, reviews, a blog, a media center, careers and a help center. It also has a policy page on modern slavery.
