Luggage Logistics is a UK company in Guildford, Surrey, that supplies IT systems for baggage, passenger and ULD management. Its customers are airports, airlines and ground handling companies. It was founded in 2007 by a team of industry experts.

The company says its products are used at more than 200 airports across 6 continents. They suit places from major hubs to smaller regional airports. The company offers a complete end-to-end baggage management solution. It acts as a partner, so its systems use existing procedures and infrastructure.

Its main product is Load&Track, a baggage reconciliation system. It covers departure, transfer and arrival bags. For departures, it separates bags by type, class and onward connection, helps plan how a flight is loaded and records how the aircraft is loaded. It supports ICAO Annex 17 and IATA rules, links to WorldTracer and tracks every action on a bag, which helps airlines meet IATA Resolution 753. A Remote View app gives read-only access to the data for head office or remote staff.

The transfer application helps with hot connections, using a visual load plan that shows terminal, gate and container position. Other solutions include analytics, ULD and GSE management, ULD, GSE and CAT maintenance, baggage customs pre-clearance, inventory management and passenger reconciliation. The Aviation Message Core carries data messages, and it began as a service for baggage data.

Customer examples include Zurich Airport, where the new baggage system went fully live with Flughafen Zürich AG. Caribbean Airlines now runs Load&Track at all its stations and sends real-time baggage updates to passengers. Africa Flight Services Kenya uses the ULD management system in Nairobi. Birmingham Airport added automated arrival scanning for Resolution 753 compliance.

Luggage Logistics is an IATA Strategic Partner. It takes part in the IATA Baggage Working Group and its subgroups. It works with Zebra for rugged handheld scanners, and it offers a glove-mounted scanner. The company also attends industry events such as GHI Asia, Passenger Terminal Expo and the GHI annual event.
