Loar Group is a family of companies that design and make niche aerospace and defense components. It acquires specialist manufacturers and grows them within their markets. The parent company, Loar Holdings Inc., is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: LOAR) and is based in White Plains, New York.

Customers and markets

Loar sells to aerospace and defense OEMs and Tier Ones, and to aftermarket customers in commercial, business jet, general aviation and defense markets. For the second quarter of 2026 it reported net sales of $171.6 million, up 39.4% on the prior year quarter. Its revised 2026 outlook is net sales of $665 million to $675 million. Recent acquisitions include LMB and Harper Engineering.
