ITS

ITS is an aftermarket supply chain company serving the global air transport industry since 2002. It provides components, complex systems, engines, and solutions to airlines, leasing companies, MROs, OEMs, and resellers worldwide. Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, ITS operates from a 100,000 square foot facility. ITS began by purchasing surplus and obsolete parts from OEMs, initially acquiring large lots of Honeywell products. In 2007, ITS shifted strategy by acquiring complete aircraft for disassembly and entered the Used Serviceable Material (USM) market, starting with the MD-80 family. Since then, it has expanded to support additional aircraft types, engines, and APUs.

The company operates several core service areas: component sales, exchange, and lease; program management and solutions; fleet retirement solutions and inventory consignment; and airframe and engine end-of-life acquisitions. Recent contracts include a fleet retirement agreement for WestJet’s 737-600 aircraft and consignment of 737 materials from partners SAS and Southwest, as well as four CFM56-7B engines for part-out.

ITS has an international presence, with dedicated support lines for Americas and EMEA regions. Their offices serve customers worldwide with a focus on quality, technical expertise, and responsive customer service. The company’s customers include WestJet, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, and West Atlantic.
