InTech Aerospace, LLC is a 14 CFR Part 145 repair station specialising in maintenance, repair and overhaul of commercial aircraft interior components, based at 4750 World Houston Parkway next to George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, Texas. With more than 35 years of experience serving commercial and military fleets, the company calls itself the interior experts and is certified to the AS9110 quality management standard. It has received FAA awards for five consecutive years, four of them at the top Diamond tier.

• Aircraft seating inspection, repair, overhaul and modification for cockpit, crew, all passenger classes and VIP seats, plus repair of fabric and leather seat covers and related materials
• Cut-and-sew soft goods including curtains, seat covers, armrests, carpet, flooring, cargo nets and other upholstery, with E-Leather, a synthetic composition leather made of natural leather fibres, offered as a lower-maintenance alternative to traditional leather
• Inspection, repair, overhaul and fabrication of sidewall panels, overhead bins, ceiling panels, bulkheads, windscreens, dado panels, lavatory modules, cabin dividers, PSUs and other composite interior parts
• Custom-crafted plastic replacement parts such as window reveals, tray tables, armrests, seat trim and bins, made with custom moulds and thermoforming equipment from an inventory of more than 800 moulds and tools

Programmes

• A refurbishment programme that the company estimates saves customers around 50 percent compared with replacement, with refurbished components meeting OEM standards
• An Owner Produced Parts (OPP) engineering programme with complete engineering, drawing and material analysis services to recreate components to OEM standards
• Interior cabin furnishings and custom upgrades for business and government leaders worldwide using in-house fabrication and cut-and-sew capabilities
