IAG Engine Center

IAG Engine Center is the engine repair arm of IAG Aero Group, a commercial aircraft engine services company with its head office in Miami, Florida, in the United States. The group is made up of IAG Engine Center, IAG Engine Center Europe, IAG Engine Field Services, IAG Materials and IAG Trading.

IAG Engine Center USA services CF6, PW4000 and JT9D engines and supports FAA and EASA 145 repair station certification. Quick Turn Engine Center Europe, near Rome in Italy, services CFM56 and CF6 engines. It supports FAA, EASA, UK CAA and CAAC repair station certification. The group also runs an engine lease return center that works alongside its repair stations and field service team.

IAG Material Repair handles repair management and reduce to spares programs for full engines. It holds OEM repair license agreements with General Electric and CFM International.

IAG Engine Field Services sends support teams to do maintenance, inspection and repair on CFM56, CF6, CF34, V2500, PW2000, PW4000 and GE90 engines. The teams also do on-wing engine work on Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767 and 777 aircraft, and on Airbus A300, A310 and A318 to A321 aircraft. They support McDonnell Douglas DC10, MD10 and MD11 aircraft, Canadair Regional Jets and Embraer 170, 175 and 190 series aircraft. The teams cover scheduled repairs and inspections as well as AOG calls.

IAG Materials owns and sells over 650,000 parts to airlines and repair facilities. It supplies aircraft and engine parts from distribution sites in Florida, South Carolina and Italy. It also lists a network of over 450 repair providers for airframe components.

IAG Trading has sales representatives in Europe, North America, South America and Asia. The company buys about 100 engines and 10 to 15 aircraft a year for the trading and leasing markets. The group works with General Electric, Pratt and Whitney, Safran and CFM International, and serves OEMs, airlines and lessors.
