GreenGT

GreenGT is a Swiss company that develops hydrogen fuel cell systems and helps manufacturers put them into products. It is based in Switzerland.

The company focuses on fuel cell development and system integration. It works with original equipment manufacturers from the first concept through to production. It says it has wide experience in complex and demanding settings, and it aims to give practical solutions.

GreenGT offers four main solutions. Consulting covers hydrogen advice for customers planning a project. Engineering covers the design and testing work needed to bring hydrogen technology to a working product. Fuel cell systems are the hardware GreenGT builds. Technology integration covers fitting hydrogen power into existing machines, including electrical retrofit work.

The company has several aviation projects. In May 2024 it signed a contract with 49 SUD to develop and supply fuel cell systems for the ClimateImpulse aircraft. In May 2025 it launched a project to retrofit airport ground power units with hydrogen technology. In January 2025 it announced a partnership with Pratt Miller to advance hydrogen solutions for defense, motorsport and mobility.

GreenGT also takes part in industry events. It joined CES 2025 in Las Vegas as part of the Swisstech booth. In May 2026 it took part in AERO Friedrichshafen for the first time and called it an important milestone.

It works with partners in the hydrogen field, including Axane, Refire, Syensqo, Zuken and Keller.
