G-Force Manufacturing is a build-to-print contract manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation and composite products for aerospace, based in Georgia, United States. A business unit of Goodwill Southeast Georgia, it has supported Gulfstream Aerospace since 1989, is an approved Gulfstream supplier and has twice been named Gulfstream Small Business Provider of the Year. The company is certified to AS9100D and ISO 9001.

Capabilities

• Thermal and acoustic insulation products, fire retarding insulation and resonance and vibration products
• High temperature compression moulded composites such as gaskets and seals
• Industrial sewing of boots and accessories, and sewn and leather sub-assemblies
• CNC machining of foam and honeycomb materials, cutting and bonding of non-metallics, and oven curing
• Light assembly and kitting: workflow optimisation, fulfilment, blister sealing, and inspection of raw materials and finished products
