FLEX Industries S.r.l. is an Italian maker of directional signage, queue management, display and shop window communication products with a registered office at Via Bagutta 13 in Milan and a production plant at Via Primo Maggio 35/41 in Isorella, Brescia. Founded in 1990 by entrepreneur Fausto Lucà, the company invented the TENDIFLEX retractable belt post in the early 1990s to protect privacy at public counters, and now describes itself as a partner for national and international clients from initial concept and design through manufacture, installation and after-sales service, with more than 50,000 customers worldwide.

Approach

FLEX works from the customer's needs and budget through an initial concept and draft, 3D renders and prototypes, production and assembly, to shipping and installation by its own specialists, and offers a free consultation to architects and designers. It states that products installed 30 years ago are still functional and in good condition, and that it respects ISO 9001 quality and ISO 14001 environmental standards.
