Expromet Technologies Group is a UK group of advanced casting and precision machining businesses that supplies engineered components for performance-critical applications to customers worldwide. Based at Mullacott Cross Trading Estate in Ilfracombe, Devon, the group combines in-house technical expertise and UK manufacturing with a global sourcing network in Asia and Europe. Solutions range from UK-made investment, sand and gravity die castings to low-cost castings, forgings and metal injection mouldings from international partners, complemented by in-house CNC machining.

Sectors

For aerospace, the group supplies AS9100-certified castings, machined components and fabricated assemblies for airframe, engine and systems applications to tier-1 and OEM customers with full material traceability. For defence it provides JOSCAR-registered precision components for air, land and sea platforms under full quality management and security-aware handling. Other markets include oil and gas, nuclear and renewable energy, industrial automation and robotics (aluminium castings and machined housings for safety interlocks), medical and scientific instruments, safety-critical equipment such as explosion-proof enclosures and detection systems, and rail, performance automotive and commercial vehicle components.
