Ground power units, converters and aircraft power systems from Estonia
About ElectroAir
ElectroAir designs and manufactures ground support equipment and aircraft power systems for civil and military customers. It has been in business since 2006 and marks 20 years in 2026. Its production area in Estonia covers more than 16,000 square metres. The company says it has more than 600 clients worldwide and works in over 100 countries.
Its ground power range includes battery GPUs, diesel and hybrid GPUs, and combined ground power units for 400 Hz and 28 VDC supply. It also makes 400 Hz and 60 Hz frequency converters, 28 VDC rectifiers, air starter units, air conditioning and heating units, hydraulic power units, gas charging stations, line drop compensators, load banks, bridge mounted units and distribution pillars. Cable management and GPS tracking for ground equipment are also offered.
For military operators it builds rugged ground support, including high pressure air servicers and nitrogen and oxygen gas charging stations. Its marine range covers offshore and shore side power systems. Its industrial range covers advanced power conversion, testing and energy solutions for demanding applications.
ElectroAir offers a full service approach. Its specialists assess operational requirements, fleet and existing infrastructure. Its engineers design the project and select the equipment, and the company manufactures it in house. Its team provides installation, commissioning at the factory or at the client site, and training for operators and technical staff. After sale, it offers maintenance and genuine spare parts throughout the life of the equipment.
The company states that it follows international standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and AQAP 2110:2016. Its engineering focuses on electrical safety and aviation compatibility, and it works to help customers reduce energy use and emissions.
ElectroAir works with airports, airlines, ground handlers, MRO providers and infrastructure partners. It launched a major power supply project for Beijing Daxing International Airport in 2021 and reports flagship airport projects at Kastelli International, Wroclaw and Rzeszow Jasionka in 2025. In 2025 it also exhibited at aviation shows in Las Vegas, Munich, Seoul and Amsterdam.
