It also manages the fixed-wing air ambulance programs of Billings Clinic and St. Vincent Healthcare, providing pilots, maintenance and fuel for their King Air B200s.

FBO and facilities

The FBO is staffed 24/7/365, with almost 90,000 square feet of heated hangar space, 200,000 gallons of Jet A and 32,000 gallons of Avgas storage, deicing, crew cars, a pilots lounge and sleep room, and catering.
