Dublin Airport

Dublin Airport serves Dublin, Ireland, and its official website is built around the passenger journey. It gives live flight times and updates, arrivals and departures, airport services and pre-booked car parking. Visitors can search by flight number, airline or destination, and the site shows information for both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, including a note on how to get help for a person with reduced mobility (PRM).

Before the flight

• Car parks: bookings for the car parks closest to the terminals, with a bookings page and answers to common questions
• Getting there: pages for bus tickets and journey planning, taxis, car rental and driving to the airport
• Check-in: a section with the information needed for a smooth check-in

Enhancing the journey

• Fast Track: a dedicated security lane at T1 and T2, powered by Grant Thornton, which can be booked ahead online, at kiosks in the departures area or by tapping a card at the entrance
• Lounges: places to relax before a flight, with food and drinks
• Platinum VIP: private check-in, a luxury suite and a chauffeur to the aircraft
• The Airport Club: a membership that includes access to car parks, Fast Track, lounges and more
• DUB Rewards: a rewards scheme tied to shopping

At the airport

The facilities page lists water refill stations, medical help and healthcare items at both terminals, a quiet space, Wi-Fi, printing, luggage storage and bag wrapping, currency exchange and VAT reclaim for visitors from outside the EU. An interactive map helps passengers find cafes, restaurants, shops and car parks across both terminals. The shopping section covers Dublin Airport Duty Free with a click and collect option. The site also has a latest news page, offers, accessibility information and a contact page.
