Digital Force Technologies
Full-stack counter-UAS and force protection mission systems

About Digital Force Technologies
Digital Force Technologies (DFT) is a San Diego, California defence technology company that builds full-stack mission systems to accelerate and automate the kill chain at the tactical edge, purpose-built for force protection and counter-UAS applications. For more than 25 years it has combined operational expertise with new technology, taking an agile, rapid-deployment approach from concept to battlefield, and it has fielded thousands of systems for the US military. Its systems are available on the JIATF 401 counter-UAS marketplace, and the company reports a $500 million JIATF 401 IDIQ award for Domestic Shield.
Full-stack mission systems
- Integrated sensing, decision and effects across the operational kill chain, offered in fixed and semi-fixed, expeditionary, rapidly deployable and man-portable configurations
- SeraphimOS mission software that fuses multi-modal sensor data into one threat picture, applies AI-enabled decision support and runs with embedded AI acceleration at minimal latency in disconnected, contested and austere environments
- An AI decision engine that classifies, prioritises and assesses threats in real time and recommends responses based on threat type, range, available effectors and rules of engagement
- Open standards for integration with sensors, effectors, autonomous platforms and enterprise C2 systems, with autonomous execution of sense-to-effect tasking
Tactical edge hardware
- Ruggedised edge processing systems tailored to size, weight and power requirements
- Fixed, expeditionary and rapidly deployable sense and effect mounting solutions, including tower and vehicle-mounted options
- Sense and effect on the move for mobile platforms and expeditionary power for infrastructure-independent operations
Field results
Customer accounts on DFT's site describe its Odin system providing early warning at an air base so responding forces could intervene before a threat gained momentum, and Marines reporting that automated detection and camera cueing removed screen fatigue and acted as a force multiplier. DFT designs and manufactures in the United States, collaborates with industry partners to integrate capabilities, and recruits engineers to develop the next generation of defence technologies.
