AEVEX is a defense technology company. It builds next-generation navigation and autonomy systems, uncrewed systems and mission solutions. The company serves the United States and its allies. It has six mission-ready systems, including Atlas, Disruptor, Raker, Vandal, Mariana and Mako Lite. Its mission is to design, deliver and scale autonomous systems for the modern battlespace.

The company's precision strike systems include Atlas, a Group II autonomous precision strike system with standoff reach. The company says Atlas has payload ratios that rival larger aircraft. Disruptor is engineered for extended endurance. It supports missions from precision attack to ISR, communications relay and electronic warfare, and it can operate in GPS-denied and contested environments.

Raker is a long-endurance, fixed-wing uncrewed aircraft built for sustained missions. Vandal is a low-signature uncrewed aircraft with vision-based navigation and electric propulsion. Mariana is a long-endurance ISR aircraft developed with TSC and Pipistrel. It has open architecture, modular payloads and more than 30 hours of endurance, and it can carry 250 pounds of internal payload.

Mako Lite is a lightweight, expeditionary uncrewed surface vessel for naval and joint operations. CompassX is the company's AI-driven navigation and autonomy platform. It links crewed and uncrewed systems, and it supports navigation without GPS, plus autonomous targeting and guidance.

AEVEX builds systems at what it calls the Drone Factory of the Future. It combines digital engineering, modular design and additive manufacturing, which the company says enables rapid, scalable production. Its mission solutions include airborne ISR, aircraft integration, modification and testing, flight operations, intelligence analysis and counter UAS red teaming.

The company acquired Veth Research Associates and completed its acquisition of BlackSea Technologies. Its recent contracts include U.S. Air Force mission support work and a multi-mission wildfire detection aircraft delivered to the Oregon Department of Forestry.

The company has added new facilities in Florida and Virginia. It also announced Specter, a jet-powered, modular autonomous platform, and it was selected for a contract of up to $92.2 million supporting hypersonic testing for the Department of War.
